探討新型冠狀病毒肺炎指引與常用中醫處方

新型冠狀病毒肺炎（COVID-19）從2019年12月至今，已感染超過1億8千萬人，危害許多人的性命與健康，並因病況複雜及多樣，導致各國普遍感染率上升。本文整理了衛生福利部《新型冠狀病毒病中醫臨床分期治療指引》四期五方與中國大陸《新型冠狀病毒肺炎診療方案（試行第八版）》六期十一證型的症狀與處方。並收集了近期發表的研究論文，在文獻實證的基礎下，探討COVID-19常用的中醫處方，包括中國大陸清肺排毒湯、吳又可《瘟疫論》達原飲、余師愚《疫疹一得》清瘟敗毒飲、楊栗山《傷寒溫疫條辨》升降散以及臺灣清冠一號的用藥特點與處方思路，並與指引做結合分析，以期闡明COVID-19的中醫治療思路，供中醫師作為臨床用藥參考，對治療與控制COVID-19有所助益。

Since December 2019, COVID-19 has infected more than 180 million people, damaging the lives and health of many people. Due to the complex and diverse state of illness, the general infection rate in various countries has increased. This article organizes the symptoms and traditional Chinese medical prescriptions of the fourth phase of the ＂ The Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Guidelines for COVID-19 ＂ in Ministry of Health and Welfare and the sixth phase of the ＂Diagnosis and Treatment for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (Trial Eighth Edition) ＂ in China, and collected recently published research papers, based on empirical literature, explored the characteristics and prescription ideas of the commonly used Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for COVID-19, including the Qing-Fei-Pai-Du-Tang in China, Da-Yuan-Yin from Plague theory written by Wu You-Ke, Qing-Wen-Bai-Du-Yin from Yi-zhen-yi-de written by Yu Lin, Sheng-jiang powder from Shan-han-wen-bing-tiao-bian written by Yang Li-shan and Taiwan Qing-Guan-Yi-Hao ( NRICM101). Also combined analysis with the guidelines, in order to explain the Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of COVID-19. We hope this article will be as a reference helpful for Chinese medical physician to the treatment and control of COVID-19.
