患者為一45歲女性，有長期持續性白帶情形，近來2個月出現下頷面頰部痤瘡伴有面色暗沉，經西醫診治療後一個月後效果不彰（使用口服藥與外用藥膏），加入中醫藥治療後，經辨證為腑氣鬱滯、中下焦濕熱，給予大承氣湯與白頭翁湯等加減方，患者的症狀逐漸改善。
英文摘要

This patient is a 45-year-old female with a long history of persistent leukorrhea. Over the last two months, she developed acne on her chin and cheeks, accompanied by a dull complexion. Despite a month of treatment by Western medicine (using oral medication and topical creams), the results were unsatisfactory. After turning to traditional Chinese medicine, the diagnosis was stagnation of qi in the organs and damp-heat in the middle and lower burner. The patient was prescribed modified formulas such as Da Cheng Qi Tang and Bai Tou Weng Tang. Gradually, the patient's symptoms improved.
