本篇應用社會學習理論照護一位14歲注意力缺陷過動症個案之護理經驗。護理期間自101年12月22日至102年2月17日,以五大層面做整體性評估,經健康問題相關性分析後,發現個案最主要健康問題為無效性因應能力及知識缺失。護理期間應用社會學習理論的觀察學習、模仿、角色扮演及行為修正,協助個案自我評價其行為與覺察自我感受,學習新的因應技巧;以口頭讚美與實質增強物之語言說服提升其自我效能感,維持正向社交行為的自信心,有效改善其偏差行為;教導案母及個案正確疾病照護知識,以利日後返家教養及接受規則治療。出院前個案在情緒控制及因應技巧上有顯著改善,案母及個案對疾病因應及照護認知提升,出院後順利回歸家庭及校園。筆者期盼藉此護理經驗,提供往後臨床護理照護之參考。 |
英文摘要 |
OECD had pointed out that the investment from ICT could stimulate economy, especially during 1995-2003, because of the ICT development. United States also invested ICT then crest 1.86% for GDP during1996-2000. Therefore this paper want to discuss the reason that why ICT investment can't improve Taiwan's GDP. According to the research result, the growth rate of ICT investment is less than other major countries in the world, capital formation rate from ICT investment is lower, and ICT investment structure isn't balance (communications, IT hardware, IT software, IT services), IT service is low especially ,Those reasons let GDP couldn't be improved a lot by ICT investment. Our industries should strengthen the software investment; companies capitalize its own R & D software, strengthen IT professionals for IT services investment, and then let ICT capital stimulate GDP obviously in the future. |
