背景及目的：保障照顧服務員在提供照顧過程時減少其身體傷害是重要的勞動環境安全議題。本研究就輔具的使用對照顧服務員肌肉骨骼的損傷及生活品質是否有幫助進行探討。方法:採用問卷調查，以雲林縣的長期照顧機構照顧、服務員員為研究對象，進行方便取樣98位照顧服務員。問卷內容共三大項目：（一）照服員基本屬性、（二）挪威肌肉骨骼傷害問卷（Nordi c Musculoskeletal Questionnaire, NMQ）、（三）生活品質量表（臺灣簡明版WHOQOL-BREF問卷試題）。結果：總計回收有效問卷為95份（女性92位、男性3位）。最近一年之內，照顧、服務員在工作中或工作後，身體有不舒服感覺的部位，75%－84%最為不舒服的部位是脖子、肩膀及腰部和下背;照顧、服務員綜合生活品質平均分數為3.13±0.67，綜合健康平均分數為3.07±0.73；照顧服務員有無使用洗澡床於肌肉骨骼的幫助情形與生活品質的生理構面是不相同的，且之間有顯著相關性，其相關程度為0.633。結論：照顧服務員仍需要強化職場安全，例如教導學習正確的工作姿勢、導入輔其儀器協助照服員的工作。另外，社會支援體系部份可以協助照顧服務員減輕工作壓力、給予社會支持有助於提升生活品質。

Background and purpose: Protection the caregivers to their physical injuries reduction in the provision of care process are important when working environment safety issues. This study to explore whether there is help caregivers of the use of assistive devices for musculoskeletal injuries and quality of life. Methods: This study conducted a questionnaire survey to collect the data. About research subjects selected the caregivers in LTC facilities in Yunlin County. This study used convenience sampling to enroll 98 caregivers of these 39 LTC facilities as the subjects. The questionnaire content total of three items: the basic demographic variables of caregivers, scales on symptoms of musculoskeletal injuries (Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire, NMQ) and quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF). Results: Total valid questionnaires were 95 parts (92 female, 3 male). Within the last year, after the caregivers at work or working, physically uncomfortable feeling of the site, 75%-84% of the most uncomfortable part of the neck, shoulders and waist and lower back; the caregivers for the comprehensive quality of life mean score 3.13±0.67, overall health mean score of 3.07±0.73. There was a significant presence of caregivers to use in musculoskeletal bed bath to help the situation and quality of life is not the same physiological dimensions, and between the correlation degree is 0.633. Conclusion: Caregivers still need to strengthen workplace safety, such as learning to teach the correct working posture, imported assistive devices to assist caregiver jobs. In addition, some of the social support system can help reduce stress caregivers, social support given to help improve the quality of life.
