職能治療於心臟疾患復健為後起之秀，羅東博愛醫院復健技術科以目標與關鍵成果（Objectives and Key Results, OKR）之管理手法設定部門目標（O）「充實心臟疾患職能治療次專科量能」，及以下四項主要關鍵成果（KR）：1.心臟疾患職能治療臨床知能完備，2.導入心臟疾患職能治療實證療程，3.提升心臟疾患職能治療病安及品質，4.提升心臟疾患職能治療服務量。搭配可定量之指標定義及行動方案細項，每月以甘特圖追蹤工作進度，循序漸進讓心臟疾患職能治療的質與量從種子成長到樹苗。除考慮健保環境的因應策略外，治療場域的改變，及大學養成教育的扎根等是推動心臟疾患職能治療發展的著力點，望產學界共勉之。

Occupational therapy is a rising star in cardiac rehabilitation. The Lotung Poh-Ai Hospital used the OKR management method to set the departmental object (O) "Enrich the capacity of occupational therapy for cardiac rehabilitation", and the following four main key results (KR): 1. Complete clinical knowledge and ability of occupational therapy for cardiac rehabilitation, 2. Introduce evidence-based protocol of occupational therapy for cardiac rehabilitation, 3. Improve the patient's safety and therapeutic quality of occupational therapy for cardiac rehabilitation, 4. Increase the service volume of occupational therapy for cardiac rehabilitation. With quantifiable indicator definitions and action plan details, the work progress is tracked with the Gantt chart every month, and the quality and quantity of occupational therapy for cardiac rehabilitation grow from seed to sapling step by step. In addition to considering the coping strategies of the health care environment in Taiwan, it is urged to promote the changing of environment and supply equipment in the treatment field, and to emphasize on the education of cardiac rehabilitation in OT programs in the university. We hope that the clinic and academia will support each other to promote the development of occupational therapy for cardiac rehabilitation.
