營建業長久以來均扮演著民生基礎工業的主要推手，對經濟發展貢獻良多，素有火車頭工業之美譽，然而這樣的行業，卻也伴隨著極高的作業風險，長期以來，營造業職災千人率居各行業之冠；正植科技蓬勃發展階段，在互聯網技術的快速發展下，穿戴設備的使用日益普及。近年來，智慧穿戴設備的快速發展，逐漸成為了一個熱點行業。應用智慧穿戴設備的產業在不斷地增加，我們可以認為智慧穿戴設備是一種具有高性能低能耗的智慧終端機服務，本篇淺論以營造工地進行個案研究方式，建構一個行動穿戴設備進行科技化施工安全管理系統雛形，利用裝置於安全帽內輔助設備對於現場施工人員以走動式軌跡感應紀錄，並可於系統後端將檢查結果自動做成施工危害警示，藉此使工地主辦工程師、工地主任或監造人員可即時透過後端終端平板螢幕針對施工人員違規的動作做即時改善及適宜的決策，進而防止施工災害的發生。
