Xiong Liang-Fu is an important scholar of Yijing in the Yuan Dynasty, and he wrote the Zhouyibenyijicheng. The idea of Xiong's Yijing learning is almost following Zhu Xi. He advocates that The book of Changes for divination, and differentiates the four saints' Yijing. However, when he differentiates the chapter heading of Yijing hexagrams, he didn't follow the Zhu Xi's statement, and thought that there is a established rule for the chapter heading of Yijing hexagrams. He didn't cancel to explain Xiang, and advocated to discuss the argumentation by Xiang. When Xiong explained Yijing, he had three rules: 1. He looked out the recurrence and resemblance of Guaci and Yaoci. 2. He advocated that Xiangzhan and argumentation are one. 3. He emphasized the thought that the yin and yang of Yijing. In the way of the image of Yijing, he followed Zhu Xi, and expounded the idea of the four saints' Yijing learning. Besides, Xiong created the image of Taiji on his own, and explaind the relevancy of Taiji, Yinyang, heaven, earth, water, and fire by image. He combined Xicichuan with Shao Zi's idea of the image of Yijing, and explained the generation of universe. Xiong carried on Zhu Xi's and former worthies' achievements. The scholars of Yijing in the Qing Dynasty paid attention to Xiong. On the Yijing learning, he is very important.
