目的：探討肱骨外上髁的解剖結構特點和針刀“三點鬆解法”治療頑固性網球肘的臨床應用。方法：解剖並觀察8具成人屍體的16例肘關節標本中肱骨外上髁的解剖結構及形態特點，運用針刀“三點鬆解法”治療頑固性網球肘患者48例。結果：橈側腕長伸肌、橈側腕短伸肌、指總伸肌為肱骨外上髁處附著的重要解剖結構，運用針刀“三點鬆解法”治療頑固性網球肘患者48例，治癒42例，好轉4例，無效2例，總有效率95.83%。結論：針刀“三點鬆解法”治療頑固性網球肘具有操作簡單、療程短、安全性高的優勢，值得臨床推廣。

Objective: To investigate the anatomical characteristics of epicondyle of the humerus and clinical application of refractory tennis elbow with three points-acupotomy-releasing Therapy. Methods: The anatomical and observed eight of 16 cases of adult cadavers specimens elbow epicondyle of the humerus anatomy and morphological characteristics, using knife, ＂Lysis three＂ treatment of 48 patients with refractory tennis elbow. Results: The long extensor carpi, carpi brevis, extensor digitorum epicondyle of the humerus important anatomic structure attached, using knife ＂three Lysis' treatment 48 patients with refractory tennis elbow cure 42 cases, improved in 4 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 95.83%. Conclusion: The knife ＂three Lysis＂ treatment of refractory tennis elbow is simple, short course, the advantages of safe, worthy of promotion.
