余長洋教授運用針刀治療股骨頭壞死，取得良好的效果，其通過長期的臨床實踐認為肝腎虧虛、氣滯血瘀是股骨頭壞死的根本病機。基於此病機，確立了滋補肝腎、活血化瘀為主要治療原則，並採用針刀結合中草藥治療，明顯減輕壞死所導致的局部疼痛，有效防止其繼續進展。筆者有幸侍診左右，茲將其運用針刀結合中草藥治療股骨頭壞死的臨床經驗介紹如下。

Professor Yu Changyang used acupotomy (small knife-needle) to treat femoral head necrosis and achieved good results, through long-term clinical practice and with the view that liver and kidney deficiency and Qi stagnation combined blood stasis is the basic pathogenesis of necrosis of the femoral head. Based on this mechanism, established the nourishing of liver and kidney, will promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis as the main principles of treatment and treated by acupotomy combined with Chinese herbal medicine and relieve pain caused by necrosis, effectively preventing its continued progress. I had the privilege to serve about diagnosis, clinical experience of treatment is as follows.
