目的：提高診治功能性便秘的臨床療效。方法：分析功能性便秘的病因病機，採用中醫方法，辨證論治。結果：證屬腸腑燥熱的，治以瀉熱潤腸；證屬肝鬱氣滯的，治以理氣導滯；證屬氣虛陽衰的，治以益氣溫陽；證屬陰虧血少的，治以滋陰養血。通過辨證論治，各證型均取得滿意效果。結論：辨證論治是有效方法，宜推廣應用。

Objective: to improve the clinical curative effect of the treatment of functional constipation. Methods: to analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of functional constipation, and to adopt the method of traditional Chinese medicine, and to treat the disease. Result: the syndrome is intestine heat and fu-organ excess, treated by Purging Heat and moistening purgation. liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome, treated by soothing liver and regulating qi. Qi deficiency and yang deficiency of the syndrome, the treatment of warming and tonifying yang qi; The syndrome is the yin deficiency less blood, treated by nourishing yin and blood. By the treatment of syndrome differentiation, each syndrome has achieved good results. Conclusion: syndrome differentiation and treatment is an effective method, which should be popularized and applied.
