針刀醫學傳入台灣已16年，雖然在各地的醫療院所有少數的醫師應用這種新醫學新技術，但是目前多數以治療韌帶黏連與疼痛為主，先前各醫師學習和觀摩的對象主要是中國醫藥大學附設醫院針灸科，晚近則是自行到中國各地參加不同程度的短期針刀學習班。本文介紹台灣可以推行針刀醫學人材的教、考、用措施，進一步探討培訓針刀醫學人材的管道與未來發展針刀醫學的方向。

It has been 16 years that acupotomology introduced to Taiwan. Although few doctors apply to this kind of new medical science at different clinics, the major manifestation were ligament sticky and pain.Almost the place which they study and learn is acupuncture department of China Medical University Hospital at Taichung, Taiwan on previous day, and now,they participate in different degrees of short-term classesof acupotomy around China. This paper introduces the teaching ,examination and using field of acupuncture medical science in Taiwan, furthurs inquire into training course with the direction of future developing acupotomology.
