探討朱漢章教授發明針刀醫學的基礎理論與理論思想對現代醫學的貢獻。針刀醫學最重要的四個基本理論分別是：1.關於閉合性手術理論；2.慢性軟組織組織損傷病因、病理學理論；3.骨質增生新的病因學理論；4.關於經絡實質的新認識。對現代醫學的推展作用分別是1.開拓中醫外科治療方式；2.推廣療效確實的現代微創外科手術；3.針刀通暢臟腑資訊傳遞可治療內科疾患；4.配合整脊推拿手法可提高針刀醫學的療效；5.針刀醫學可幫助醫院中醫科開拓新業務；6.變化針刀操作技術可減少疼痛增加療效；7.針灸針與手術刀結合成新醫療器械可縮短療程；8.針刀醫學是可與中醫針灸學、西醫外科學相輔相成的新醫學。結論：朱教授發明與倡導針刀醫學，教導醫師們在臨床應用針刀療法，如果操作規範化，對解剖結構與經絡循行路徑掌握清楚，則可增加療效減少副作用。朱教授針刀學術思想對現代醫學具有卓越貢獻。

To investigate the contribution to modern medicine of Professor Zhu Hanzhang inventing the basic theory and ideas of Acupotomology. The most important four basic theories of Acupotomology are: 1. the theory of closure surgery, 2. cause of chronic soft tissue tissue injury, pathology theory, 3. Hyperosteogeny new etiological theory, 4. new understanding to Meridian. Take forward the role of modern medicine were 1. pioneering Surgical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, 2. promotion effect is indeed a modern minimally invasive surgery, 3. acupotome smooth transfer of organs information to treat medical disorders, 4. with chiropractic manipulation can improve efficacy of Acupotomology, 5. Acupotomology help develop new business of Traditional Chinese Medicine department of hospital, 6. To changes knife technique can increase the efficacy and reduce pain; 7. acupuncture needles and scalpels combined into a new medical device can shorten the course of treatment; 8. Acupotomology is one new medicine complementary with both acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine surgery. Conclusions: Professor Zhu inventing and advocacy Acupotomology to teach physicians in clinical applications acupotomy therapy, if the standardized operation of the anatomy and the meridian clear path to master, you can increase efficacy, reduce side effects. Professor Zhu's academic thought of Acupotomology have outstanding contribution to modern medicine.
