針刀醫學是針灸與微創手術相結合的產物，也可以說是中醫外科手術的一種，有它專業的技術要求與操作規程。本文介紹針刀的手術技法，包括針刀的四步操作規程、持刀法、進刀法、出刀法、控刀法、運刀法等幾種方法。刺進針刀要求直達病灶；拔出針刀則速度要慢；運針刀技術有通透剝離法與切開剝離法；控制針刀則要求一快三慢，即破皮快、推進慢、運針慢、出針慢。針刀療法屬於閉合性手術，必須嚴守安全可靠的操作規程與技術，才能得到滿意的臨床效果。

Acupotomology is a combinative products of acupuncture and minimally invasive surgery, it can be said that is one of the traditional Chinese medicine surgery, it has its professional technical requirements and operating procedures. This article describes the acupotomy surgical techniques, including the acupotomy four-step operation procedures, hold knife method, enter knife method, take out knife method, control knife method, shipped knife method and so on several other methods. Stabbed acupotomy require direct access to the lesion; pull out the acupotomy is must slow; transport acupotomy technology has a transparent release method and cut off method; control acupotomy is required a fast and three slow, that is puncture fast, push slow, transport slow, take out slow. acupotomy therapy is belong to closure surgery, it must obey to safe and reliable operating procedures and technology in order to obtain satisfactory clinical results.
