喘鳴是指呼吸時，因氣管或支氣管某部位狹小或堵塞影響空氣流動而產生異音，稱為囉音。此次分享之患者為65歲女性，受長年喘鳴所困擾，呼吸時囉音顯著，走路喘甚。2022年於鳳山醫院檢查肺部及心臟未發現明顯之異常病變，並於鳳山醫院治療一年未得改善，故來尋求中醫治療，經連續治療三週後，症狀明顯改善囉音降低，再經數週治療，目前無囉音，平時行走不喘。

Wheezing is the noise result from obstruction or narrowing in the airway. This 65-year-old woman complained wheezing for a long term. The severe wheezing always accompany the breathing and breathe heavily when daily activities. The woman had medical examinations in 2022 that no abnormality found in the heart and lung at Fengshang hospital. However, she had treatment at Fengshang hospital nearly a year but the symptoms were not improved. Therefore, she seek the Chinese medicine treatment in our clinic. The symptoms were improved after three weeks therapy. Currently, she has no wheezing and daily activities whithout breathe heavily.
