這是一個治療五歲小女孩手足逆冷之病歷報告，於2023/9/4就診，其平素喜吃冷飲、冰淇淋，導致脾胃陽虛，水飲運化失常上逆而喜嘔、易手足逆冷尤其洗澡後甚。經過科學中藥苓桂朮甘湯和小半夏湯加減調理治療兩周後，症狀明顯改善，嘔吐症狀痊癒，四肢回暖。

This is a case-report of a five years old female patient with low temperature of extremity. Her first visit to the clinic is on 2023/9/4. The girl patient liked to eating ice cream and drink cold juice which lead to spleen and stomach's yung deficiency. Yung deficiency will cause fluid metabolism dysfunction that result in a water uprush, nauseous feeling, low temperature of extremity especially after showering. After taking traditional chines medicine Ling Gui Zhu Gan Tang and Xiao Ban Xia Tang's combination, the symptom of nauseous feeling was gone. And the temperature of extremity turned into normal temperature.
