產業中個別廠商為何會有不同的策略行為,這是因為產業環境中資源歧異性及環境變異性等因素的影響,會使個別廠商在不同產業發展歷程中採取策略適應的作法。本研究藉由德菲法的專家意見,定義產業環境中的資源條件、環境變異性及產業動態,並納入利基廣度的觀念來探討。經由專家及產業政策制定者來探討半導體產業的利基廣度及廠商的因應策略。結果顯示組織生態觀點的利基廣度觀念可用來分析產業演進歷程中環境變異性,並探討個別廠商在環境變異性為不確定、凹狀及細紋狀態下採取專精策略,此符合半導體產業探取專業分工策略及競爭又合作的共生策略。

英文摘要

In industry, individual company has different strategic behavior. This is due to the effects of industrial environmental factors, which will cause individual companies to adopt strategy adaptive behaviors during different company development process, such as sexism and environment variation. This study will collect expert opinion through Delphi method; define resource attributes, environmental variations, and industry activities within industry settings. In addition, we will incorporate the idea of Niche Width in this study. Through experts and policy makers within industry, this study explores the Niche Width of semiconductor companies and their reacting strategies. Results show that we can use the idea of Niche Width from the viewpoint of organizational ecology to analyze environmental variation during development process of industries. Also, Niche Width explores individual companies' specialized strategies in environmental variation under uncertain, 凹 shape and detailed grains conditions. This corresponds to the specialized division of labor along with the competitive and cooperative strategy of semiconductor industry.
