台灣每年都有大量的商資科系大專畢業生進入就業市場,如何幫助本校學生取得市場優勢自然是學校必需考慮的重要政策。本研究計畫以質化與量化方法,利用問卷與訪談繼續訪問學生,學校的畢業門檻會不會對這些學生之選課傾向是否有任何變動?實證發現學生選課最重視個人上課規畫,校方在排選修課程時首先要考慮時段搭配學生校外補習與打工時間安排。其次也必需建議老師在課程中增加與學生的對談。 |
英文摘要 |
A large number of Taiwan financial department graduates enter the job market every year, how to help our students to gain market advantage is school policy. We adopt qualitative and quantitative methods, the use of questionnaires and interviews to study how the school policy for graduation threshold affect different background enrollment in school activities of students to have any impact on course selection? The empirical results show that individual student will focus on planning for course selection. Therefore, a good time table for course should consider the arrangement between school tutoring sessions with students and working time. Second, the teacher must also be suggested have dialogue with students in the course. |
