本文旨在探索國小校園模式評估方法和技術的模擬，在校園整體規劃技術中，校園模式評估準則日趨複雜。其需研擬一套校園模式評估與模擬分析方法論，以供未來校園規劃之參考。本文將整合質化與量化準則包括：使用者活動安全、合理校園環境與災害防制等，並採用「階層程序分析」方法作規劃替選方案選擇之決策工具，藉以建立校園整體規劃模式及操作技術。基於本研究結果得知：「階層程序分析」方法在校園整體規劃決策分析應用是可行，尤其是在國小校園整體規劃上，本研究並以台北市玉成國小校園規劃為為案例驗證。

This paper aims to deal with the simulation method and technology of campus pattern evaluation. In the campus integrated plan technology, the criteria of campus pattern evaluation have become more and more complex. It is necessary to develop a simulation analysis methodology for campus pattern evaluation, and provides a valuable reference of campus planning in the future. This article integrates many criteria of qualitative and quantitative including users' active safety, rational campus environments, hazard prevention and controls. The author suggests using the AHP method for the decision-making tools of the planning alternative selection, in order to establish an integrated methods and planning technology. Based on the study results that the AHP method is feasible in decision-making application, especially in the campus planning method of public primary school. A case study in the campus planning of Yuh-Hrng public primary school/Taipei Municipality.
