本專案的目的在提昇某社區民眾規則運動比率,經實地觀察與現況分析,發現某社區民眾罹病以慢性病為主,且規律運動(指每週至少3次運動,每次至少30分鐘且能達微喘、流汗之運動)比率僅有28.0%,故針對社區不運動民眾作分析,發現沒有同伴、時間無法配合、無運動場地、害怕運動傷害等為主要影響規則運動因素,因此提出改善措施:(1)成立運動支持團體(2)協調由學校提供運動場所(3)邀請講師至社區教導運動(4)建立定點定時規律運動(5)設計運動護照手冊。實施後民眾規律運動比率由原來28.0%上升至45.7%,且對運動認知正確率由52.9%提昇至95.8%,由上述資料得知,介入措施不僅讓民眾養成規律運動習慣,更提昇民眾正確運動的認知。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this project is to enhance the physical exercise behavior of the residents in a community. The results of a community survey showed that the residents had a high prevalence of chronic diseases and low regular physical exercise behavior. Regular exercise behavior is defined as physical exercise that increases respiration rate and produces sweat, at least 30 minutes 3 times a week. The main reasons for this behavior pattern were lack of an exercise companion, lack of appropriate exercise schedule, lack of an exercise setting, and fear of injury from exercising. The improvement plans included: (1) organized support groups, (2) organized exercise at a local school, (3) instructor-led community exercise activities, (4) an established routine exercise time and location, and (5) a designed sport passport. Post-implementation study of the residents showed improvement in regular exercise behavior from 28.0% to 45.7% and knowledge of exercise from 52.9% to 95.8%. |
