本文主要闡述台灣職業衛生護理之現況與展望。未來應能朝（一）加強職業衛生護理工作內容：建置工作評核標準、發展完善輔導體系；（二）人力資源規劃：充實繼續教育活動，建置人力資料庫；（三）積極推廣專業研究：落實、增進職業衛生護理角色功能，以提昇職場工作者生理的、心理的與社會的健康。

The purpose of this article is to address current and future perspectives of occupational health nursing in Taiwan. The roles and functions of occupational health nursing are to promote workers' physiological, psychological and social health. Future occupational health nursing in Taiwan will be focusing on (1) refining the job description including establishing occupational health nursing practice guidelines and competence, and developing a comprehensive counseling system, (2) strengthening human resource planning, including continuing education and training programs, and establishing a human resource database, and (3) actively promoting occupational health nursing research activities.
