本文係敘述照顧一位因吸食ketamine致間質性膀胱炎個案，於住院期間所引發生理及心理相關健康問題之經驗。筆者於2008年10月21日至29日照護期間，以會談、觀察等方式收集相關資料及運用Gordon十一項健康功能評估，加以彙整分析，確立個案有慢性疼痛、急迫性尿失禁、焦慮、無效性因應能力等健康問題，針對個案身心問題提供適切護理措施及評值，藉由放鬆及溫水坐浴，緩解疼痛。同時也提供凱格爾（Kegel）運動、膀胱訓練技巧，以改善急迫性尿失禁，運用同理心引導個案表達感受、給予心理支持，改善個案的焦慮，鼓勵、陪伴其抒發壓力情緒，以增強個人調適能力並增加戒毒的決心。期藉由本個案報告，以增進護理師對ketamine致間質性膀胱炎相關護理指導的暸解，更能加強藥物濫用者的調適能力，避免再次使用Ketamine，此為根本預防Ketamine致間質性膀胱炎再次復發的策略。

This article describes the 9-day nursing care experience of a patient with recurrent interstitial cystitis cause by ketamine abuse. Data was collected through interview and observation. Patient assessment used Gordon's 11 Functional Health Evaluation. Patient's problems included chronic pain, urge incontinence, anxiety and ineffective coping. Pain relieve measures included muscle relaxation and warm bath. Patient was taught Kegel exercise and bladder-training skills to improve urge incontinence. The patient was provided with empathetic support and encouraged to express feelings that improved anxiety state and coping ability. The knowledge gained from the care of this ketamine-associated interstitial cystitis case is valuable. The long range goal is to prevent patient from using drugs such as ketamine to cope stress.
