安寧療護服務對象多以癌症及生命末期病人為主，護理人員必須長期面對死亡情境，因此諸多醫護專業人員及民眾都認為從事安寧療護是一項沉重且高壓力的工作，若未能在服務過程與經歷中發現其正向意義，則容易感到挫敗、疲憊與職業倦怠，進而選擇離開其工作場域。本文期望透過介紹安寧護理人員復原力的展現及找尋身心安適的方式，使能保有對護理工作的熱誠和初衷，進而瞭解從事安寧療護的正向意義與價值，繼續從事於護理工作，為更多病人創造福祉。

The purpose of this article is to introduce examples that demonstrate resilience and to search for physical and mental well-being attributes in order to retain enthusiasm in Hospice palliative care (HPC). Most HPC patients are those with cancer and end-of-life. Medical staff and the general public view HPC as a heavy and stressful occupation because of the population they serve. Nurses became frustrated, tired and burnout, causing them to leave HPC if they are unable to find value in their work. Helping nurses recognize and experience a positive perspective and to value HPC may encourage their dedication and contribute to the patients' well-being, thus reduce nursing turnover.
