本文描述一位年輕女性在初診斷為乳癌後接受改良式乳房根除術之護理經驗。照護期間自102年4月23日至4月30日，運用羅氏適應模式以身體評估、觀察、訪談後，分析病人有急性疼痛、身體心像紊亂、情境性的低自尊等健康問題。照護過程中運用同理心主動關懷病人並建立良好護病關係，適切提供疾病自我照顧相關資訊，以協助病人對疾病照護有正確的認知，鼓勵病人說出對疾病所帶來的改變之想法，並引導病人修正身體心像紊亂的負向想法，協助病人認清自我價值，改善其情境性低自尊問題，提供整體性、個別性的護理措施，幫助病人能盡快重回生活軌道。

The paper details the nursing experience of a young woman diagnosed with breast cancer and who later received modified radical mastectomy. Care was provided from April 23 to 30, 2013. The nurse applied Roy’s Adaptation Model during physical assessment, observation, and interview. The patient’s health problems included acute pain, disturbed body image, and situational low self-esteem. The caring process began with establishment of an excellent nurse-patient relationship and provided integral and individualized nursing measures on diseases-related self-care information. Through an empathetic manner, the nurse encouraged the patient to speak about the changes and views brought by the disease, and guided the patient to change a negative view of body image, to identify self-value, and to improve breast cancer-related low self-esteem. This guidance helped the patient gain accurate self-care knowledge and the ability to resume her normal life activities. This study is intended to provide nursing staff a reference in caring for breast cancer patients.
