治療性遊戲是兒童住院時重要的護理措施之一,不僅可以幫助住院兒童處理他們的焦慮及壓力,增進兒童及其家庭面對醫療處置的準備度,同時也可協助醫護人員洞察兒童身、心上的需要及感覺,落實兒科無創傷性照護之理念。然而應該考量那些因素以利治療性遊戲進行,相關經驗上的論述卻闕如。因此,本文針對擬訂治療性遊戲之具體可行目標、思考主要照顧者角色、選擇執行場所、考量介入時機與執行時間及衡量遊戲主導者參與及互動方式等面向進行實務經驗分享,希望能從指導學生進行治療性遊戲的經驗與學生的回饋中,探討治療性遊戲成功與否的影響因素並提出建議,期盼增進兒科護理人員對治療性遊戲執行的熟練度,進而提升兒科護理之照護品質。 |
英文摘要 |
Therapeutic play is an important intervention for hospitalized children. A properly designed therapeutic play may reduce children's anxiety and stress to prepare the children and family for medical procedures. It also helps the medical profession gain insight into the needs and feelings of children to reach the goal of atraumatic care in pediatric nursing. Hower, there is limited literature related to clinical therapeutic play and considerations. This paper describes clinical experience of therapeutic play from several dimensions, including setting specific and measureable goals, role of caregiver, choosing implementation setting, implementation timing point, duration of play and the participation and interactive methods of the play provider. The author hopes to inspire the exploration of factors associated with effective theropeutic play through clinical teaching experience and students feedback. The increase of nurses' proficiency in therapeutic play may contribute to better quality in the care of hospitalized children. |
