心臟復健是一門綜合且跨多專業之學科，乃是有系統地針對心血管病患不同之需求，訂定個人化的一種照護方式。許多的研究已證實復健運動訓練，對於降低心血管病人之再入院率及死亡率，均有所助益；因此，病情較穩定之心血管病人接受適度的運動訓訓練，已是標準處方之一。然而，心臟復健之普及率，卻遠遠不及現存的心血管疾病罹患人數；因此本文即就心臟復健之益處、適應症、如何降低生理、心理社會危險因子、及其現況與困難等做一說明，同時對此議題提出建議，期能引發更多專業人員對心臟復健之關注，以利提升心臟復建之執行現況，造福更多之心血管病患。

Cardiac rehabilitation is an integrated, multidisciplinary program that employs a personalized, but systematic approach to the different needs of patients with cardiovascular diseases (CVD). Numerous studies have demonstrated that rehabilitative exercise training could reduce mortality and the rate of re-admission in patients with CVD. Therefore, patients with stable CVD undergo a moderate degree of exercise training as the standard and recommended therapy prescribed. However, the utilization of cardiac rehabilitation is far lower than the prevalence of existing patients with CVD. Therefore, this article describes the benefits, indications, current conditions, and difficulties associated with cardiac rehabilitation, and its effects on reducing the physical, psychological, and social risk factors. In addition, we make recommendations to lead more of the professionals concerning about the cardiac rehabilitation issue, and to facilitate the implementation of the cardiac rehabilitation, and to benefit more CVD patients.
