以家庭為中心的護理是護理重要理念，縱使已經有很多學者發展家庭護理理論之論述，許多護理理論亦將服務對象從個人、提升至家庭與社區。然而這麼多年以來，護理師對於家庭護理相關的理論與臨床應用仍欠缺扎實的學理基礎，以及臨床實際應用的方法。以家庭為中心的護理理念，也在各個領域被鼓吹應用於臨床工作之中，然而，真正將理論用在研究，或是建立實證，以落實臨床實務上仍有待努力。本文以家庭護理理論為出發點，透過以實證為基礎的方法探究，搜尋第一級實證文獻，以了解現階段家庭為中心護理的實證基礎。最後，提出具體未來在家庭護理教育、研究、實務上的推動方向與建議。

Family-centered care is an important concept of nursing. Although many scholars have developed theories of family nursing, many nursing theories have also defined clients from individuals to families and communities. However, clinical nurses still lack a solid knowledge foundation for the theoretical and clinical applications related to family nursing, as well as methods for clinical application since many years. The philosophy of family-centered care has also been advocated for many medical professional organizations in various fields. However, there is still a gap from theory to research and to practice. This article introduces the general family nursing theories and explores level one empirical literature through an evidence-based approach to understand the evidence basis of family-centered care at this stage. Finally, it proposes the future direction and recommendations for family nursing in education, research, and practice.
