護理照護強調個別性，不同人格特質強化對健康改變後產生的歸因信念，以至於後續對健康的認知接受度與行為表現會有所不同，健康控握信念已多年廣泛使用於探討健康相關行為與疾病自我照顧的相關性，但國內對於健康控握信念缺乏整體性概念，故為釐清健康控握信念之概念，本文將依Walker及Avant（2011）所提之概念分析步驟整理出其鑑定性特徵，透過列舉典型案例、邊緣案例、相關案例、相反案例，以澄清此概念、確認健康控握信念之前因與後果。期能提供護理人員對健康控握信念的瞭解，將此概念運用於護理專業實務上，使病人能獲得更適切的護理照護。
英文摘要

Nursing care emphasizes individualized care. Individual personality traits contribute to unique personal health beliefs. The health beliefs formed in each person influences his health perceptions and health behaviors. Health locus of control convictions have been widely used for many years to explore the relevance of health-related behaviors and disease self-care. However, health locus of control was not fully understood in Taiwan. This paper conducts mindfulness concept analysis method proposed by Walker and Avant (2011). The author describes the defining characteristics of health locus of control, clarify the concept, and confirm the predisposing factors and effects of mindfulness using examples of typical cases, borderline cases, related cases, and contrary case. Findings may provide nursing staff with an understanding of the concept of health locus of control in clinical practice to provide patient with pertinent nursing care.
