因應現代科技的突飛猛進,醫學教育的方向與策略已經面臨巨大的變化,包括跨領域討論、擬真醫學、翻轉教學等多樣性的教學設計與策略,傳統的課室教學或講述法的教學方以無法滿足現今當代的學習需求,在這個多元資訊的社會中,唯有不斷創新的教學策略才能真正的翻轉過去傳統的護理教育,面對學校教育的不斷轉型、教學策略多元的發展,臨床的護理人員教育也應該持續創新、改變,藉由桌遊的方式進行護理紀錄教學的教案分享,期許能激起更多創新教學的策略,進而能帶動臨床護理教育的改變,培養出更豐富多元、具邏輯思考與創新思維的護理人才。

英文摘要

In view of the remarkable progress of modern technologies, the direction of and strategies used in medical education are facing drastic changes. This includes diverse educational designs and strategies, such as interdisciplinary discussion, simulation-based medical education, and flipped learning. Traditional classroom learning and narration methods can no longer meet the learning needs of today's students. In a modern society which has access to a diverse range of information, the traditional nursing education can be reversed only through continuous innovation of educational strategies. In the light of the constant transformation of school education and the development of educational strategies, clinical nursing education should also evolve and change. This study shares a case study of the use of a board game to implement nursing record-keeping education. It is hoped that this will give rise to more innovative educational strategies that would promote changes in clinical nursing education and produce nursing talents with logical and creative thinking.
