2020年初開始的嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎（COVID-19）疫情，造成全球多國醫療崩壞及社會動盪。臺北市立聯合醫院林森中醫昆明院區以中西醫門診業務為主，雖非傳染病專責醫院，亦因腹地狹小無法提供專業PCR篩檢服務，但仍以發揮院區之中醫特色、照護弱勢族群為參與COVID-19防疫之主軸，提供防疫中藥之研發及推展、建立防疫就醫新流程、及時提供美沙冬病人的防疫照護、愛滋病友防疫照護、檢驗科投入PCR檢測及全員參與防疫業務等服務，全力投入COVID-19之防疫大作戰。本院區突破傳統4S框架，在維持醫院安全的前提之下，進行醫療快速降載、迅速改變醫療服務模式、提供充分的防護裝備、保障連續性醫療服務，未來將以「隨時盤點物資人力、備妥門診及業務降載或轉換模式之應變計畫、接受任務指派成立快速反應部隊、配合國家政策及視疫情發展狀況滾動式修正調整」等方式，持續進行中西醫專責醫院的韌性防疫作為。

The coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) caused globally social upheaval and disintegration of medical system in many countries since 2020. The Linsen Chinese Medicine and Kunming Branch of Taipei City Hospital played the role of taking care of the underprivileged groups with Chinese medicine even she was not the designated hospital. We conducted preventive measures, like providing Chinese medicine decoction, outdoor methadone dispensation to methadone maintenance treatment patients, and vaccination to AIDS patients, and polymerase chain reaction tests in laboratory. We proceeded under the concept of safety in hospital to decrease medical loading, to change service models, to provide sufficient equipment, and to maintain the continuous medical service. We will check materials and manpower and conduct contingency plan to respond to the national epidemic situation and guidelines from Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC).
