導致眼盲的眼疾除了白內障外便是眼角膜疾病，臨床上嚴重的眼角膜病症通常需接受眼角膜移植手術，然而，儘管醫學科技的進步，眼角膜移植手術後的失敗率仍偏高，其中最重要的因素便和病人對角膜移植術後自我照護知識與技巧有關，若自我照顧遵從性差者，不僅恐導致移植失敗、甚至失明，更可能造成醫療資源浪費；對有心捐贈角膜的病人或家屬而言更覺惋惜。而臨床醫護專業人員便需肩負提升眼角膜術後病人照護知識之責任。綜觀國內、外針對眼角膜移植手術病人的照護原則之相關文獻仍闕如，故筆者整合國內、外文獻與實證資料，嘗試綜整這類病人術後照護重點，期望提供臨床護理人員參考，並藉此拋磚引玉讓臨床工作人員及研究人員對提升眼角膜移植術後照護品質之重視。
英文摘要

The major eye diseases that cause blindness are corneal diseases except cataracts. Serious corneal diseases usually require treatment with corneal transplant surgery in clinical settings. However, despite advances in medical technology, the failure rate after corneal transplant surgery remains high. Particularly, the most importance is the patient's self-care knowledge and skills after corneal transplantation. If the adherence of self-care is not enough, it might not only lead to transplant failure, even blindness, but also waste medical resources. In addition, it may be regret for those patients or their families who donate the cornea. Clinical health care professionals need to take the responsibility to improve the care of patients with corneal surgery. So far little is known about literature regarding the principles of care for patients with corneal transplant surgery. Therefore, we searched the domestic and international references and evidence, attempting to comprehensively integrate the care guideline of postoperative care for patients with corneal transplant surgery. Furthermore, we anticipate to provide references for clinical nursing professionals and to awaken clinical staff and researchers paying attention to improve the quality of care for patients with corneal transplantation.
