隨著時代的變遷,醫護教育也面臨顛覆性的變革,傳統的講述式教學已無法滿足現今學習的需求,因此,許多創新的教學策略應運而生。近年來,資訊科技的發達和3C產品的普及,包括擴增實境、虛擬實境和混合實境等延展實境技術已被引入醫療領域,並且已經有研究證實透過這些技術在教學中使用,能夠帶來正向的成果。本文透過文獻整理,介紹了虛擬實境、擴增實境和混合實境等相關概念,並探討目前延展實境技術在醫護教育中的應用,以評估其對於學習的影響。期望透過本文的介紹,能夠提昇醫護學習者對於延展實境技術的認識,並作為國內醫護教育將此技術融入教學課程的參考,以推動其更廣泛的應用。

英文摘要

As times change, healthcare education also faces disruptive changes. Traditional lecture-based teaching may not be able to meet the learning needs nowadays. Therefore, many innovative teaching strategies have emerged. In recent years, the development of information technology and the popularity of 3C products, including comprehensive reality technologies such as augmented reality, virtual reality, and mixed reality, which have been introduced into the medical field. Numerous studies have demonstrated the positive impacts of employing these technologies on teaching. Through a literature review, this article reviews the concepts of virtual, augmented, and mixed-reality concepts. We also explore the current applications of extended reality technology in healthcare education to evaluate its impact on learning. By providing an overview of extended reality technology and consider integrating it into healthcare education courses in Taiwan. This will promote the more extensive application of these technologies in healthcare education and ultimately enhance the learning experience of students.
