在當今數位化時代，護理行政與管理的轉型對提升醫療效率與精確性產生了顯著影響。臺中榮總的數位健康創新實踐不僅獲得了國際認可，如HIMSS Stage 7認證和DHI評鑑，也在全球智慧醫院中樹立了領導標竿。護理部在護理資訊領域努力多年，致力於提供以使用者為中心的設計，支援臨床決策和提供便利的使用者介面，從而提高了護理工作的效率和質量。護理資訊化的範疇廣泛，包括行政管理、臨床護理及教學三個方面。這包括從有效的資料整合到建立安全閉環管理系統、從即時監測與警示系統的構建到自動提示功能的開發，以及促進病人積極參與他們的健康管理。這些進展不僅提升了護理效率，也改善了病人照護的品質。然而，數位轉型過程中隱私保護、數據安全等挑戰也不容忽視，也需在技術創新與保持護理照護人性化之間尋求平衡。持續解決這些挑戰並保持護理照護品質與技術創新的平衡，是數位化護理未來發展的核心任務。

In today's digital age, the transformation of nursing administration and management significantly enhances medical efficiency and precision. Taichung Veterans General Hospital's digital health innovations have not only garnered international recognition, such as the HIMSS Stage 7 certification and DHI evaluation, but also established a leadership benchmark in the global smart hospital arena. The Nursing Department has devoted years to nursing informatics, committed to user-centered design that bolsters clinical decision-making and offers convenient user interfaces, thus elevating both the efficiency and quality of nursing work. The realm of nursing informatics spans a wide array, including administrative management nursing educaation and clinical care aspects. This encompasses effective data integration, the creation of secure closed-loop management systems, the construction of real-time monitoring and alert systems, the development of automatic prompts, and the encouragement of patient engagement in their own health management. These advancements not only boost nursing efficiency but also improve patient care quality. Nevertheless, challenges such as privacy protection and data security in the digital transformation cannot be ignored, and there must be a balance between technological innovation and the humanization of nursing care. Continuously addressing these challenges to maintain a balance between care quality and technological innovation is a pivotal task for the future of digital nursing.
