十月十二日，世新大學50週年校慶，一系列針對open source的研討會，陸續由傳播學院、管理學院、人文及社會學院，與法學院陸續展開。傳播學院所展開的對話是「Open Source下的媒體再造」，裡面包括「公共電視真的公共嗎？」及「知識公共化的突圍方式」二場座談。本文是針對「知識公共化的突圍方式」這一場對談，進行記事式的記錄。首先從與談學者的書面資料介紹開始，最後並整理與談會對知識公共化「突圍方式」的結論與建議。

In this report, we record the issues on the solutions to public knowledge access discussed in the symposium celebrating 50 anniversary of Shih Hsin University. Through the dialogue, those issues and concepts which involves with public access, free access, public knowledge, efforts towards public knowledge, and barriers to public knowledge accessibility are reviewed; moreover, topics on legal aspects of intellectual property and policy for public knowledge are discussed. The report also concluded on and proposed the working model for public knowledge access system for education materials.
