本研究以平均每期都刊登兩篇以上圖書資訊學術論文之期刊為對象,共計評比11種期刊,採用主客觀評比指標,進行評比研究。首先透過問卷調查的方式,取得學者對各期刊的主觀評價,以為主觀評比指標;其次根據被納入評比的期刊之學術論文所列的參考書目做引文分析,計算期刊間相互引用次數,以建立客觀評比指標。最後再根據主客觀指標以學者主觀評價之T分數和期刊平均被引用次數之T分數,計算各期刊所獲得的評比總分,以進行各類期刊之排序,並透過群集分析將期刊分為三級。第一級期刊為《圖書資訊學研究》、《圖書資訊學刊》、《圖書館學與資訊科學》、《教育資料與圖書館學》4種期刊,第二級期刊為《大學圖書館》、《檔案季刊》、《國家圖書館館刊》、《圖書與資訊學刊》、《教學科技與媒體》5種期刊,第三級期刊則為《臺北市立圖書館館訊》與《臺灣圖書館管理季刊》2種期刊。後以一致性信度分析及迴歸分析證實本研究之主客觀評比指標具有良好信效度。 |
英文摘要 |
This study employed a combination of subjective and objective measures to evaluate eleven library and information science (LIS) journals, each of which published at least two LIS-related articles in each issue. A questionnaire was sent to LIS scholars to obtain their subjective evaluations of the studied journals. The citations of the eleven journals studied were also analyzed to reveal how each was cited by its peer LIS journals, thereby objectively assessing the journal's quality and importance. The final ranking of the journals was based on the T scores of the subjective and objective measures. Using cluster analysis, the 11 journals were then categorized into three classes, which contained 4, 5, and 2 journals respectively. Cronbach alpha and regression analysis confirmed the reliability and validity of the measures employed in this study. |
