本研究主要探討體育系學生在生涯發展與生涯阻隔的現況與關係,依據本研究目的以台東大學體育系學生為研究對象,共發出261份,回收242份,扣除無效問卷40份,計回收率為77.4%。並以「生涯發展與生涯阻隔問卷」為研究工具進行調查,再依所得資料以SPSS進行統計分析。本研究之結果,一、在生涯發展方面整體構面平均為3.23;在生涯阻隔方面整體構面為2.96,唯「猶豫行動」的構面較高。二、在不同背景變項方面有差異存,在生涯發展方面:年齡越高個人生涯發展越明確;在生涯阻隔方面:男性在「特質表現」阻隔高於女性、年齡越高生涯阻隔影響因素越低。三、生涯發展與生涯阻隔之間有關聯性。 |
英文摘要 |
The study was to investigate the situation and to explore the relationship between career development and career barriers about the undergraduates in the department of physical education in the National Taitung University. Based on the purpose of the study, by questionnaire survey of career development and career barriers and took the undergraduates as samples. It were delivered 261 samples and got and there were 242 respondents. There were 40 invalid questionnaires. The retrieval rate was 77.4%. Through the questionnaire survey, we analyzed the data with SPSS. The findings of the study were as follows:1. In terms of career development, the mean of this dimension was 3.23. In the aspect of career barriers, though the mean was 2.96, the value of Hesitant Movements was higher than others. 2. There were some differences on the background variables. With regard to the career development, the higher years on age undergraduates were, the more definite on it they showed. Concerning the career barriers, male undergraduates presented higher than females on the Characteristics Expression. Moreover, the higher years on age they were, the lower career barriers they showed. 3. There were relationship between career development and career barriers. |
