The purpose of this study was to know the behavior and teaching of the assistant teachers of elementary education and counseling groups. The effective teaching of the health and physical education learning field teachers reflects the current situation. There are four participants: two male and two female teachers taught in the ninth grade-two female teachers taught health education, male teachers were to teach football and basketball programs. The research was complementary to the quantitative and qualitative ways to gather relevant information. The researcher carried off the teaching progress and contents of health and physical education classes by recording. The teaching behavior was analyzed with PETOS and HETOS. The researcher used the method of semi-structure interview analysis the reflection which was written after teaching. The results of this study as followed: Teaching behavior: (A) In the dimension of time arrangement, the teaching time configuration of the two health education teachers is also consistent with that of the two other teachers teaching physical education. The teachers in health education focus on curriculum section; the teachers in the physical education was supervising students, followed by the organization and management, and the third is teaching. (B) Four assistant teachers mainly give positive feedbacks and no negative feedback; physical education teachers give both general feedbacks and corrective feedback. (C) The number of moves in teaching between health education teachers and physical education teachers disparities. (D) The teachers in health education offer instructions; the teachers in physical education offer demonstrations. (E) An efficient teacher must be a good class manager. (F) Systematical observation is helpful to advance teaching and learning effective teaching.
