本研究主要目的是探討藥師對目前工作及未來生涯的滿意度;共發出問卷254份,回收之有效問卷共229份,資料分析結果發現:1.區域醫院執業藥師之工作滿意度爲普通滿意;2.區域醫院執業藥師之生涯滿意度爲普通滿意到滿意之間;3.工作滿意度與個人屬性之教育程度與執業縣市及工作職位等個人屬性變項上皆有顯著性差異;4.工作滿意度與監督管理、溝通傳達、臨床遭遇、無形認知、醫院政策、工作角色、工作排程、工作同事、工作報酬、工作負擔與諮詢自主性等達顯著相關;5.在滿意度構面上,工作報酬、無形認知、溝通傳達、工作角色、醫院政策能夠顯著的預測工作滿意度。本研究實證之研究結果可提供給藥事工作管理者爲提高藥師工作滿意度之參考。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this research is to discuss licensed pharmacists' level of satisfaction towards their current job and profession. Two hundred fifty four questionnaires are distributed and 229 are collected. The result shows: 1. In terms of current job, the satisfaction level of licensed pharmacist at regional hospital is about average; 2. In terms of profession, the satisfaction level of licensed pharmacist at regional hospital is between average to satisfied; 3. There are significant difference between job satisfaction, and individual factors such as education level, practice regions and position, etc; 4. There are significant difference between supervision management, communication, practical experience, cognition, hospital policy, role, work schedule, colleagues, salary, responsibilities, autonomy, etc; 5. Salary, cognition, communication, role, hospital's policy can sgnificantly predict job satisfaction. Research result can provide managing executives reference for enhancing pharmacist's job satisfaction. |
