本研究分析體育系與醫護相關科系大學生,對於取得體適能指導員證照與否是否影響其運動動機、運動產品及運動涉入行為之表現。以「體適能指導員證照成效問卷」為研究工具,採隨機取樣調查,有效樣本191 份。結果指出體育科系有證照者各項平均分數均較高,沒有證照之大學生在各項平均分數均較低。證照持有者各項得分均高於未持有證照者。以標準化迴歸方程式為運動涉入= - .067 + .0521 就讀科系 + .243 證照持有+ .242 運動參與動機+ .484 運動產品,顯示大學生除了運動動機,對運動產品的興趣也是重要的影響因子,因此持有體適能指導員證照與運動涉入行為具有高度的相關性。

Introduction: This study targeted university students from physical education departments and departments of medicine and nursing who participated in physical fitness instructor certification courses and compared their differences in participation motivation, sports products, and sustained participation exercise. This study also examined the influence of various background variables on the students’ sustained exercise and the correlation. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on randomly sampled participants using the questionnaire of sustained exercise after physical fitness instructor certification courses constructed by this study. The number of valid questionnaires retrieved was 192. The SPSS software was used to perform one-way ANOVA and independent-samples t-test for statistical data analysis. Results: Students from the department of physical education who have the physical fitness instructor certificate obtained the highest mean score from the questionnaire, followed by those from the department of medicine and nursing who have the certificate. Students from the department of medicine and nursing who does not have the certificate obtained the lowest mean score. Moreover, the scores for all the items obtained by the certificate holders were higher than that obtained by students without the certificate. The standardized regression equation was as follows: sustained exercise = -.067 + .0521 department + .243 certification + .242 sports participation motivation + .484 sports products. Conclusion: The physical fitness instructor certification courses had a positive effect on university students’ behavior of sustained exercise. In addition, the students’ department and whether they possessed the instructor certificate were highly correlated with their sports participation motivation, sports products, and sustained exercise. The standardized regression equation showed that whether the students were interested in using sports products was a crucial factor contributing to their sustained exercise, in addition to the participation motivation. Excellent sports product design and marketing had positive effects on health promotion because it not only increased university students’ intention to purchase the products but also motivated them to develop exercise habits and maintain sustained exercise.
