In the present-day field of education, students are commonly deficient in attentiveness which causes ineffective learning. Many researches showed that exercising can raise students' attentiveness significantly. Therefore this research focused on a group of 102 junior high students and discussed how a PE class and exercise intensitie would affect their attentiveness .The research was proceeded with a pre-and-post test method. The researcher also adopted a computerized attentiveness diagnosis examination in the morings and after PE classes to measure children’s attentiveness. After every PE class, the exercise intensity of every students are valuated and analyzed with dependant sample T test and One-Way ANOVA . The findings of this research are: a.There is significant attentivenss difference between having PE class or not. b.Exercise intensity cause no significant difference in attentiveness level. With these findings, the researcher conclude that physical education classes can improve students’ attentivness efficiently and therefore be benificial to students.
