本研究旨在探討社區中年女性參與12週瑜珈運動介入對柔軟度、肌力肌耐力、心肺耐力與睡眠品質的影響。以準實驗法徵求44歲至64歲自願者,參與研究的女性30位新生及30位舊生瑜珈班學員,進行12週瑜珈介入的前、後差異檢定。統計發現12週瑜珈運動介入後,新生體適能進步幅度均比舊生大,且其前、後測達統計顯著差異;12週瑜珈運動介入後,兩組睡眠品質都有些微的改善,僅在主觀睡眠品質、習慣性睡眠效率與整體睡眠品質有顯著改善。社區推廣瑜珈運動,對於中壯年女性在增進身體適能及睡眠品質,有一定之效用。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 12-week yoga interventions by middle-aged women in the community on softness, muscular endurance, and cardiopulmonary endurance and sleep quality. The quasi-experimental method was used to solicit volunteers from 44 to 64 years old, 30 female freshmen and 30 old students in the yoga class who participated in the study, to conduct a 12-week yoga intervention before and after difference test. Statistics found that after 12 weeks of yoga exercise intervention, the fitness improvement of the new students was greater than that of the old students, and the statistical difference between the before and after test was statistically significant. After 12 weeks of yoga intervention, the sleep quality of the two groups improved slightly, only the subjective sleep quality, habitual sleep efficiency and overall sleep quality were significantly improved. The promotion of yoga in the community has a certain effect on the improvement of physical fitness and sleep quality of middle-aged and middle-aged women.
