本研究旨在探討國小學生身體活動量、人際關係與身心健康之影響。研究採立意抽樣調查法,以彰化縣之國小學生為研究對象,總計8間學校,發出問卷460份,有效問卷410份,有效問卷率89%。經SPSS電腦統計軟體進行描述性、相關分析、簡單及多元迴歸等進行分析。本研究得到以下結果:一、國小學生身體活動量愈多時,身心健康會較佳,即當國小學生身體活動量愈多,在身心反應、人際互動問題以及生活適應問題等表現就愈佳。二、國小學生在身體活動量愈高時,人際關係表現會較好。而國小學生身體活動量高,亦會提升學生自身與同儕的關係、和家人的互動以及與師長間的情感,讓學生的人際關係表現較佳。三、國小學生的整體人際關係愈佳,其整體身心健康表現也會愈好,當學生人際關係愈好,更能提升學生的身心、人際互動與生活適應上有較佳的反應。本研究發現,當國小學生身體活動量達到足夠以上時,對身心健康與人際關係具有提升作用。因此建議學校應舉辦相關的活動讓學生自主參與,提高學生生活中身體活動時間,使其身體活動量達足夠以上,更有助於提升學生的人際關係與身心健康。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of physical activity, interpersonal relationships, and mental and physical health on elementary school students. The study adopts purposive sampling survey method and focuses on elementary school students in Changhua County. A total of 8 schools were included, with 460 questionnaires distributed and 410 valid responses received, resulting in a valid response rate of 89%. Descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, simple and multiple regression were conducted using the SPSS statistical software. The study obtained the following results: 1. When elementary school students engage in more physical activity, their mental and physical health is better. This means that when elementary school students have higher levels of physical activity, they exhibit better performance in terms of their mental and emotional reactions, interpersonal interaction problems, and life adaptation issues.2. When elementary school students have higher levels of physical activity, their interpersonal relationship performance is better. Increased physical activity among elementary school students improves their relationships with peers, interactions with family members, and emotional connection with teachers, resulting in better interpersonal relationship performance.3. When elementary school students have better overall interpersonal relationships, their overall mental and physical health is also better. Improved interpersonal relationships among students lead to better responses in terms of their mental and emotional well-being, interpersonal interactions, and life adaptation. This study found that when the level of physical activity among elementary school students reaches a sufficient level or higher, it has a positive impact on their mental and physical health as well as their interpersonal relationships. Therefore, it is recommended that schools organize relevant activities to encourage student participation and increase their physical activity time, aiming to achieve a sufficient level of physical activity, which in turn contributes to improving students' interpersonal relationships and mental and physical health. |
