本研究目的旨在探討保險從業人員情緒智力與工作績效的關係，針對研究結果提出建議，並提未來在情緒智力與工作績效相關研究上之參考。本研究以中部地區保險從業人員為研究對象，採立意取樣方式發放問卷473份，回收有效問卷463份，有效回收率98%。所得資料採用SPSS for windows 22.0電腦統計軟體進行描述統計、皮爾森積差相關、簡單迴歸及多元迴歸等統計分析，得到研究結論如下：保險從業人員的情緒智力愈高則工作績效愈高；情緒智力中的自我情緒評估及自我情緒運用能力越強，則工作績效之任務績效、脈絡績效的表現越佳。因此，提升保險從業人員情緒智力是相當重要的事情，鼓勵員工學習正向的思維調整情緒，進而提升個人情緒智力，創造更好的工作績效。

This study mainly explores the relationship between Insurance practitioners' in emotional intelligence and job performance. The insurance practitioners in Central Taiwan areas were used as the research objects, and a survey questionnaire was distributed to each member in those areas. Eventually, a total of 473 questionnaires were returned. Among them, there are 10 invalid questionnaires, and the remaining 463 valid questionnaires were admitted as good samples, with an effective recovery rate of 98%. After going through a series of descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, t-test, simple and multiple regression analysis with SPSS for windows 22.0 computer statistical software, the research conclusions are as follows: The higher the emotional ability of insurance industry personnel, the higher the job performance; the stronger the self-emotional assessment and self-emotional expression ability in the emotional foundation, the better the task effectiveness and contextual effectiveness of job performance. Emotional intelligence is a very important thing. Encourage employees to learn to think positively and adjust their emotions, further improve their personal emotional intelligence and create better job performance.
