本研究的主要目的,在探討「外在回饋訊息對籃球罰球動作技能學習之影響」,利用實驗設計法,比較學習者兩種回饋方式在動作技能表現與學習、保留效果的差異。受試者為國立台灣體育學院籃球組男學生共計36名,以隨機分配方式區分成三組:標準影像組(12名)、口頭指導組(12名)、控制組(12名)。受試者於前測後依各組回饋的方式,接著進行為期四週,每週2次,每次一小時的實驗操作,並於實驗完後進行後測與3日保留測驗。所得資料經以單因子變異數分析後,若達顯著差異,再以LSD法進行事後比較考驗。本研究之顯著水準為α=.05,結果顯示如下: (一)回饋訓練和罰球技能表現有關,勤於練習時,不論任何回饋方式仍然會進步,對學習效果與保留有相當的功效。 (二)在罰球技能表現部分,標準影像組的學習效果最佳,次之為口頭指導組,最差為控制組組。在保留部分,口頭指導組的保留效果最佳,次之為標準影像組錄影帶示範回饋組,最差為控制組。 (三)教師利用多媒體教學對籃球罰球學習與3日保留效果有相當的助益。 口頭回饋學習方式與標準影像學習都可以有效提升學習效果,兩種回饋方式若是同時搭配使用於教學上,其學習成效會更佳。 |
英文摘要 |
The aims of this study was discussed the effects of extrinsic feedback model on basketball free-throw. The subjects were 36 university students. These students that never learned the Non-dominant free-throw skill before they were assigned to the four experimental groups randomly and carried the four weeks experiment period. This study took one-way ANOVA to test and set the significant level for all assumed tests at .05. There were two recoveries of study as following: According to the above recoveries, The conclusions were as following: 1. The appropriate feedback model could enhanced the learning effect and 3-day retention of basketball free-throw. 2. The oral feedback and standard-imaged feedback both could enhanced the learning effects. However, it could make the greatest learning effects if these two feedback groups combined together. 3. The media teaching programs could enhance the learning effect and 3-day retention of basketball free-throw. |
