目的:本研究旨在發展Dobrow與Tosti-Kharas (2011)的「使命感量表」以標準化翻譯步驟將原始量表翻譯成中文。方法:以因素分析、內部一致性等方式進行信效度分析。研究以大專學生運動員為對象,共計210人進行問卷調查。結果:本研究之中文版使命感量表共計12題目,因素分析結果轉軸出一個因素,符合原始使命感量表設定,且該量表具有良好之內部一致性。結論:本研究所發展之中文版運動員使命感量表,具備良好之信效度。未來研究可持續應用使命感量表於運動領域上,以瞭解使命感於運動員在未來競技發展與職涯規劃上的影響脈絡。

英文摘要

Purpose: The study aimed to develop the Chinese version Calling Scale proposed by Dobrow & Tosti-Kharas (2011) and to validate the translated scale by testing its factor analysis and internal consistency reliability. Methods: A total number of two hundred and ten college athlete students were recruited as participants. Results: It revealed that the Chinese version Calling Scale contained twelve items. Factor analysis showed that there is one factor as well as it corresponded with the original Calling Scale. Internal consistency analysis also showed satisfied reliability of the scale. Conclusion: The Chinese version Calling Scale developed in the study proved both good validity and reliability. Future study could apply the calling scale on sports domain and discover the calling influence on athletes' performance and career planning.
