緒論：英式橄欖球是一項複雜的團隊運動，因此系統化的分析比賽關鍵因素非常重要。近年來，女性參與橄欖球的比例逐漸提升，但過去針對女子組比賽的研究卻非常少。過去研究者指出男子組更傾向於使用踢球進攻，而女子組則擅長持球進攻，由此可見男子組與女子組的比賽，可能採取不同的戰術策略，但上述研究結果為近十年前之研究，且世界橄欖球總會也在2021年修訂了規則，現今的比賽形式可能已經不同，因此本研究擬探討2021年女子橄欖球世界盃之比賽關鍵因素。方法：本研究蒐集26場比賽之表現數據，以獨立樣本t檢定分析全部賽事以及比分接近的比賽中，勝負隊之差異，並用區辨分析探討最具影響力之表現變項。結果：研究結果顯示勝隊在控球率、持球跑動距離、破線、傳球、擊倒防守、碰撞後傳球、ruck、爭邊球次數、爭邊球成功率、擒抱成功率顯著高於負隊；而負隊在擒抱以及擒抱失誤顯著高於勝隊。另一方面，破線、控球率、持球跑動距離、擊倒防守者、傳球、擒抱失誤以及擒抱對於勝負有中度到高度的影響力。結論：世界盃女子組勝隊傾向採取持球進攻的策略，且新規則似乎更強化此趨勢，在攻守兩端主要之表現因子為破線與擒抱失誤，因此教練應加強選手的速度與肌力、護球基本動作以及設計適當攻守情境提升破線次數及加強擒抱能力。

Introduction: Rugby is a complex team sport that requires a systematic analysis of key performance indicators to understand the game's dynamics. Despite the recent increase in the percentage of women's rugby, there has been a lack of research conducted on the sport. Prior studies suggest that men's and women's rugby teams employ different tactics, with men's teams kicking the ball more often and women's teams maintaining possession. Hence, this study aimed to analyze the key performance indicators of the 2021 Women's Rugby World Cup. Methods: This study collected performance data from 26 matches of the 2021 Women's Rugby World Cup, and used independent sample t-tests to analyze the differences between teams. Discriminant analysis was also used to investigate the most influential performance variables. Results: The results of the study revealed that the winning team had significantly higher possession, ball carry distance, line breaks, passes, beaten defenders, offloads, rucks, lineouts, lineout success rate, and tackle success rate compared to the losing team. On the other hand, the losing team had significantly higher tackles and missed tackles than the winning team. Additionally, line breaks, possession, ball carry distance, beaten defenders, passes, offload counts, and tackle counts had moderate to high impact on the game outcome. Conclusion: The winning team in women's rugby tends to maintain possession, create more line breaks, and have fewer missed tackles. These findings provide valuable insights for coaches and players to adjust their strategies to succeed in women's rugby.
