員工分紅在現今公司經營的實務上是一項重要的激勵工具。本文之研究目的在瞭解員工對員工分紅的認知及其與組織認同、工作投入之關係。本研究以問卷調查的方式蒐集資料,獲得員工之有效問卷239份,以多元階層迴歸分析期間之影響關係,並對研究假設進行檢測。研究結果顯示,員工分紅與組織認同呈顯著正相關;員工分紅與工作投入呈顯著正相關;員工分紅會經由組織認同正向影響工作投入。根據本研究結果,提出理論與管理意涵之討論,並說明未來研究建議。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to understand relationship among employees perception of profit sharing, organizational identification and job involvement. Data were obtained from employees, 239 valid surveys were returned and the hierarchical regression was used in testing the research hypotheses. Results of this study indicated that profit sharing and organizational identification demonstrated a significant and positive relationship. Profit sharing was significantly positive related to job involvement. Organizational identification mediated the positive relationship between profit sharing and job involvement. According to the results of this study, theoretical and managerial implications and the future research directions were also discussed.
