The literature of South Dynasty was well-known with its gorgeous, and the authors were pretty well in describing the shape of objects. In this paper, I will focus on the theme which had relation with the objects' described, formed for praising and feeling express. I observe and choose three different themes for my paper as examples which are ”Phoenix Tree”, ”Dancing Horse”, and ”Candle”. I hope to study the transition and development of cultural history of those themes. For the image of Phoenix Tree, it was once used as purity with political allegory seemed like passing through a difficult construction. Dancing Horse, it symbolized and transferred from the hunting theme of royal into the writing of objects. Candle, meant contemplation and insights which were coming out from the main idea of Southern Buddhism. As a conclusion, those themes were similar to the non-allegory and description of objects, but at the same time, the cultural history of objects became complex and becomes a metaphor of the real world for Southern writers.
