在以往的研究中,準則權重的給定大都以主觀的方式給予評分,這樣可能會使結果太過於主觀,而缺少了有效的可信度。本研究提出以客觀的灰關聯分析法來計算出各個準則間的所屬權重,再套進ANP(Analytic Network Process)中計算後,得出各準則間的大小評比,以進行供應商知識管理策略的評選。本研究經由一個案例解析,分析出知識管理準則策略構面下各個策略之權重順序大小,從而得知公司該注意或是需較為重視的知識管理策略,進而採取所需的知識更新或學習改進。在案例中知識管理能力準則排序結果,第一構面的前四項為:員工認為都應具有熟悉「內」、「外部」環境能力、「熟悉各部門工作之能力」及「熟悉公司經營與作業流程」。第二構面中的前四項策略為:教育訓練重視員工「口頭與文字表達」、「取得與應用知識之能力」、「解決問題之能力」及「蒐集與學習新知識之能力」。第三構面中的前七項為:對於「外」、「內部」資訊皆能有計劃性的蒐集與累積、「在公司內部能不受拘束地自由提案與發表意見」、「會和同事分享工作經驗、技能知識,並且相信這對公司是有利的」、「將所蒐集及累積的資訊編碼、歸檔及存取」、「會將資訊變成易懂可應用的知識」、「能在短時間內找到自己工作所需的參考資料」。 |
英文摘要 |
In previous studies, the guideline weights given are given a score in a subjective manner, this may make the results too subjective, and the lack of an effective credibility. This study based on objective method of grey relational analysis to calculate the weights of each guideline belonged, and then into the ANP(Analytic Network Process) in the calculation, draw the size comparison between the various guidelines to carry out supplier selection of the knowledge management strategy. This study through a case analysis, analysis of knowledge management norms policy dimensions of the various policies under weighted, learnt the company should pay attention or he want more emphasis on knowledge management strategy and thus to take the required knowledge or learning. Knowledge management capacity guidelines in case sort results, the four strategies for the first dimension: employees who believe should have a familiar ”inside” and ”outside” environment capacity, ”familiarity with the sector's ability to work” and ”familiar with the company management and production processes”. Four strategies for the second dimension: education and training staff ”oral presentation”, ”ability of acquisition and application of knowledge”, ”problem-solving skills” and ” ability to collect and acquire new knowledge”. The seven strategies for the third dimension: for ”outside”, and ”internal” information are can has plans sexual of collected and cumulative, and ”in company internal can does not by bound to free proposal and published views”, and ”will and colleagues share work experience, and skills knowledge, and believe this on company is favorable of”, and ”will by collected and the cumulative of information encoding, and archive and the access”, and ”will information becomes easy can application of knowledge”, and ”can in short time within found own work by needed of reference data”. |
