企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP)是企業電子化的一種決策支援系統,若能有效建置並導入,則可協助企業改善營運績效,所以愈來愈受歡迎,成為不少企業必要的投資。本研究針對企業資源規劃系統導入的方法與過程進行了解,並以台灣航太扣件產業之個案公司進行研究,以尋求最佳的管理模式。本研究旨在如何成功的導入決策支援系統,研究對象則是以中小企業的個案進行研究。在研究設計方面,使用德國SAP(Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing)系統的ASAP(Accelerated SAP)導入方法論為主,將導入步驟分為專案準備、企業藍圖、實作、上線準備、上線與支援等五階段進行。本研究根據目前公司導入ERP 後,分別以流程再造效益、資訊整合效益、增加存貨週轉率、及強化供應鏈關係等績效指標,來預測系統執行後所帶來的成效。所以,從導入系統初期的成功,加上開發的過程,可以得出下列管理的意涵,包括“充分且明確了解企業需求”、“高階主管的支持與參與”、“專案團隊的掌控與協調能力”、及“顧問團隊的專業能力”等。個案公司導入中小企業資源規劃系統的模式,可提供學界在研究導入ERP系統時,有一個參考模式及方法,更可提供後續研究者更進一步的研究基礎與指標方向。由此研究可發現雖然中小型企業建構ERP之資本較少,卻可做出ERP之經濟效益。 |
英文摘要 |
The enterprise resource planning (ERP) is a kind of decision supporting system for the e-business. If effectively installed and launched, it can help the enterprise improve operation performance. As such, it is getting popular and becomes many enterprises' necessary investment. The current study attempts to understand enterprise resource planning in terms of launch method and process. And Taiwan aerospace fastener industry is the case firm for carrying out the research to seek the best management model.This study aims at how to successfully launch decision supporting system. The research target is the case of small and medium enterprise (SME) for carrying out the research. Regarding the research design, it uses German Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) mainly with Accelerated SAP (i.e., ASAP) launch methodology, where the launch procedure is divided into five stages of project preparation, business blueprint, realization, final preparation, go live and support. In terms of the benefit, this study, based on the current firm's after-ERP launch-from the initial success of system launch plus the process of development, employs the performance indicators of process reengineering benefit, information integration benefit, increasing inventory turnover, and strengthening the supply chain relationship to predict the benefits brought in after the system execution. It is found in this study, ”adequately and clearly understanding enterprise demands”, ”top management's support and participation”, ”project team’s competencies of control and coordination”, and ”consulting team's professional abilities”, for the case firm, are the key success factors for the launch of the SME enterprise resource planning. This study can provide the academic, when launching the ERP system, with a reference model, and offer the coming researchers a further research basis and guidance. From this study, it is also found that though the capital is small for SME in building ERP system, its benefits can appear. |
