優秀的理財專員除應具備專業的金融知識與能力,還要能經營客戶關係並具備銷售技巧。然而業績導向與激烈競爭使得理財專員經常得面對績效與道德的兩難困境。本研究因此從職業道德知覺對工作績效的影響出發,並檢驗主管支持與理財工作年資是否對職業道德知覺具干擾效果,進而影響工作績效。以銀行理財專員進行實證,迴歸分析結果,職業道德知覺會正向影響工作績效,也會因主管支持與理財工作年資的干擾,對工作績效產生影響。多數理財專員的職業道德認同程度高於積極付出與實踐程度,顯示其在認知與行為之間的落差。主管支持與工作年資的累積有助於道德知覺的提升,也因此提高工作績效。研究建議,銀行應加強員工職業道德的教育與實踐,建立誠信為本的企業文化,以提升客戶信賴感,奠定永續經營的基礎。 |
英文摘要 |
Despite of professional knowledge, an excellent financial consultant in banking should be able to operate customer relationships and possess sales skills. Performanceoriented and highly competitive financial environment make financial consultants usually have to face the dilemma between ethic and performance. This study therefore examines the relationship between professional ethical perception and job performance firstly; then tests the interference effect from supervisory support and financial job tenure to professional ethical perception thereby affecting job performance. Empirical study on bank financial consultants provides evidence that professional ethical perception positively affect job performance, which is also interfered by supervisory support and financial job tenure. The degree of cognition of professional ethic of most objects is higher than the degree of active practice and, showing that the gap between perception and behavior. Cumulative supervisory support and job tenure help to improve the ethical perception, and thereby performance. Research suggests that banks should strengthen the education of professional ethics and practice staff to establish faith-based corporate culture to enhance customer trust and to lay the foundation for sustainable development. |
